ลักษณะการทำงาน Job purpose
To manage branch successfully on an operational as well as commercial level as per key performance indicators given by General Manager Bangkok.
Duties and responsibilities
•
Preparing budget and business plan
•
To be able to work independently
•
Be commercially active with own business and maximize profits. Bring in new customers and boosts up profits
•
Meeting targets and deadline as per budget and KPI’s by management
•
Adhere the applicable laws, regulations and also Rules compliance
•
Understand and use M+R IT products such as SIS and OPS
•
Initiate Sales Campaigns and other Marketing activities
•
To establish own personal target list and assist to identify target accounts
•
Monitoring / taking ownership of monthly sales performance / management reporting
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. •
Driving license
2. •
Education , Minimum BBA , MBA is preferable
3. •
at least 3 years’ experience in logistics and/ or freight forwarding
4. •
Computer skills , Microsoft program and related and presentation skill
5. •
Talent in organizing and managing people.
6. •
Out-going and a strategic thinker.
7. •
Positive and open attitude
8. •
Team player and prepared to put others before him
9. •
Fluent in English , both speaking and writing and •
Be able to motivate employee and team player.
